My Crazy Hair... Help?

Okay guys, I hadn't put any color in my hair for about 10 months then I put a burgundy by revlon, demipermanent from walmart.. maybe 4 months later I put a black same kind.. the black has faded a bit so now I have some brown and black..
what I want is half of my hair dark blue, using pravana.
I'm going to decolorize it, obviously.. I'm interested if anyone else has the same experience as me..
I've been growing my hair real long, and just cut it to thin it out.. I do not want it to fry my ends.. I have thick but mildly dry hair..
