You sure can! That's how I do it when I wear concealer. The tinted moisturizer evens everything out and can cover up a good majority of whatever you may need covered, and then you can go over the areas that need extra touching up with concealer.

I agree with Courtney B. just make sure you blend it well because you don't want to be cakey with concealer :) you should try boi-ing from benefit it helps me a lot with the redness I have around my cheeks.

I use moisturizer after everytime I wash my face, and I always use it before I apply my makeup.
