I would jump on the deep red wine lip colour trend for this. Will be an unexpected and totally fashion forward look! Even matte skin, subtle rose kissed cheeks and lengthening black mascara.

I wouldn't go to flashy with the makeup since the dress is simple and cute so I feel you should do something really natural with a simple pink lip and some simple eyeliner.
