If you want to add some colour without going crazy try applying a bright colour like teal or purple on the top lashline. you can use a shadow and an angle brush for this it will add some pop. and perhaps try a peachy lip gloss :)

You're gorgeous! I'd suggest a gold eyeshadow with darker brown on the outside v (basically a smoky eye) with black eyeliner on lower lash line (:
