Almost anything that's not hot pink or neon. Something that is "in " brown. Otherwise you are clashing, not contrasting. Use business to make your whites white. Use any neutral or non neon color. Use a pale color at the lash line and darker color in crease and to contour nose/orbit curves finish with a pale neutral under the brow. Then use a dark complementary liner to make the lid stand out and your lashes visible against the paler shadow. Finish with mascara. Study your iris to see what colors are there. Maybe flecks of gold copper or green? Those would be good hues. Whatever you find in there will go best. Lightest at the center of lid darker to corners. If you have big eyes you can tight line, small eyes will look smaller though.

Use visine to make ur whites white. (stupid autocorrect).
Don't be afraid of color. By focusing on white you are washing out your eyes.

Brown eyes are lucky in that they can pull off most colours. What usually makes them pop though is cool tones. Ie anything blue based. Greys, silvers, mink, taupe. Think Kim Kardashian. She nearly always wears those tones.
This will make your eyes seem warmer and make them pop.
To bring out any eye colour. Think the Exact opposite to your own.
Blue: orange
So golds, coppers, peaches, bronze.
Green: purples
Lilac, heathers, mauves, plums, lavenders
Brown: blue
Silver, grey, slate, steel tones.

Gold and purples are the best to make your eyes really pop but honestly brown eyes are the best because almost every color works great.

Greens and purples look best on brown eyes. Never blues.

Brown eyes can pull off any color. The colors that really make out eyes pop are purples, greens, golds, bronzes, burgundy's and blues. I had a brown eye color that was almost black (my eyes are getting lighter) and those colors always made them pop.
