Super Dry&Flaky skin!

I really need some suggestions, my skin is so dry and flaky, I cant wear any foundaion or concealer,It is driving me crazy, I exfoliate a lot, this seems to help but it is only temporary.What should I do?

Mine can get dry and flaky as well but I still wear foundation so yours sounds pretty bad ?

Use a lot of moisturiser, and get yourself into a cleanse tone and moisturise routine every morning and night. :) that should work.
