Have you heard of Facial Liposuction??

So I heard from a friend that Kimora got facial liposuction done. She obviously lost a lot of weight but her face has never looked more fabulous to me! Did she really get facial liposuction? I didn't know that facial liposuction was even an option till now! (I had to google it to believe that it was real/do a little more research on it lol) Has anyone had this procedure done or know of someone who has?? I'm so curious and I just want to know more about it, thanks! :)
