Scabs from picking acne

I have a bad habit of picking at my face. And I have a couple scabs on some spots I have picked. Any suggestions on how to help them heal faster??

Use coco butter. For me it stops the itch and it heals scars.

Neosporin or some other antibiotic ointment or cream. I usually put it on just at night. It helps speed healing and gets rid of any bacteria that may be lingering around the wound.
