I have a lot of pimples on my forehead so I thought I could hide them with concealer / foundation . What's a good concealer / foundation that can hide them? And will this harm my skin?

be sure to prime the area before applying the concealer or else the makeup will sink into the acne and go over it smoothly and it won't look good. Try a witch hazel toner on your forehead and even a thin layer of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide to help with the acne.
