Get a good hair cut. Then have an extreme cond treatment. Like something under a dryer to really open that really opens the cuticle and lets the cond penetrate the hair shaft. Then. Have your hair rinsed with cool water to close the cuticle.

Try henna and placenta protein treatment. It's in the ethnic hair care. It sounds gross but it works wonders! Also try using conditioners with protein in them

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT put HENNA over previously colored hair. It will screw it up beyond all reason because of the chemical reaction.
Your hair is porous from the bleach. A protein heavy conditioner (or keratin treatment) will help, but it's only a temporary solution.
