MAC Fluidline Gel liner. the trick to keeping the liner on the waterline is setting it with black eyeshadow so that it sticks. I use a liner brush and apply the gel Liner to my waterline then I take a smaller shader brush and apply MAC Carbon (any dark black shadow should do) and set it... stays on all day!

Raisa is definitely right. I had interviews back to back in non air conditioning rooms for five hours, and it did not budge at all. For a drugstore pencil, I like Revlon Colorstay blackest black, and for high end I like UD and MUFE aqua eyes. Honestly though, my revlon stays just as well, just have to roll it out instead of sharpening your pencil, and it's never failed me.
