Hi Grace. When I tour, I get stressed. I relieve stress by taking a bubble bath, or even going to the spa

Taking a brief walk is really helpful I find. It doesn't have to be miles but a quick 10 minute walk outside always helps me clear my head. Also, laugh! Rent a funny movie or hang out with a funny friend, it will get better sooner or later!

Do you drink coffee or consume caffeine? I love coffee but when I drink it I become all stressed and anxious and I know that cutting down can help some people with these feelings.

Do something that relieves stress.....exercise, paint, listen to music, etc. :) Stuff that makes you happy/calm will distract your mind from the stress.

Have a person you can talk to about things. Like an older sibling. A best friend. A boyfriend. Your parents. Someone who knows you well and who cares about you. Talk it out. Keeping things in will drive you insane. Washing your face. Taking a bath every now and then. Even taking a shower. Go ahead and eat spinach salad that helps with depression. Get your vitamins in you'll feel a whole lot better. Stay positive even if your dwelling on sad feelings. Write stuff to yourself via email or even old school way on paper in a journal. It will totally make you feel better. Those are my coping mechanisms.
