Limecrime sells pale blue lipstick and its actually so, so nice! Look it up. Obviously it's probably not an every day look for most people though lol so I'd agree with the bright fuchsia or a paler pink. Coral colours would be nice too. Or orange maybe. Go mad! Lol

Wow. Some off the wall answers in here. IMO, that fuschia shade is hideous. I don't care if fuschia is fashionable right now, I can't imagine a single person that particular shade would look good on. Just my personal opinion though...yikes...
Aaaaaanyway...blue is a primary color. The other primaries are red and yellow. Since yellow lipstick isn't particularly feasible, if you want some real contrast pick a bright red that meshes with your skin tone.

It's always worth thinking about the colour wheel when you're wondering what colours to go for with other colours. Orange is the complimentary colour of blue, so if you were to go for a red as Stephanie suggested, the best one to try would be one with an orangey undertone. Or if you went for a coral or nude colour, you should go for one that's more orange than pink. Or as I said just go for orange itself if you're feeling mad lol :)

Um, if you're skin is cool toned, the last thing you want is an orange-based red. Or orange based anything. It will make you look very sallow...but that obviously depends on your undertone. Also, you'd better have really white teeth, because orange will pick up the staining on them if you don't.

You are so pretty! just had to say it. Ok, redheads look great with red lipstick but only on rare "little black dress" occasions. If you want calmer colors, Go for a tan, natural looking color and really do up your eyes. that way, thats the first thing people see. other than those, pinks and browns

I don't really think it was an off the wall answer! I really like that colour and I happen to think that it makes blue eyes stand out beautifully.

Red, and nude. Look at pictures of celebrities with blue eyes. Like Taylor Swift, Allie DeBerry, etc. :)

It was just you're opinion Amy, I thought it looked quite nice too. Yes there are certain 'rules' but if you think something's nice no one should dismiss it and tell you you're wrong :)
