It seems she only has the front side parts dyed. I did this last summer... Make sure you leave an equal section on top that will stay brown so it can lay on top of the blonde. And it goes back till probably the back of her ears. That's the only section that would be dyed blonde... You can show this picture to your hairdresser, they should know how to. Good luck :)
