I curl my hair with my wand and some hair spray every Wednesday and they always fall.:( any tips or tricks?

same problem here! in my case its just because i have very thick, heavy hair. even teasing and spraying my hair falls out after an hour or so... unless i use half a bottle of hairspray. so ill have to do with loose curls/waves. maybe more hairspray? do you let the curls cool before touching them? this is important to 'set' the curl
