New Camera and makeup tutorial editors.. HELP PLEASE!!

So I need a camera to record makeup tutorials..
Does anyone know a really good but inexpensive camera?
I'm looking for one that is HD, picks up colors very nicely, focuses when you're showing something close up, etc..

I'm also looking for a very good & easy way to edit makeup tutorials.. What camera & editor do you use? :)
