I have the same issue not so much down by the jaw line, but mostly on my cheeks :( What I've been doing (and let me say that it has been working!) is spending lots of time paying more attention to my skin, taking care of it. For one never fall asleep with make up. EVER. I had the habit of sometimes coming home and telling myself I'd take off the make up in 5 mins, which would soon turn into hours later, and at times id fall asleep with it on. The next day my face would look horrific. So I've made it a habit of coming home and removing it right away. Make sure that when you remove the makeup , you remove it with remover and then go wash your face. Just one of them will not do the trick. (All this assuming you wear make up daily, if not I'm sorry!) ..moisturizing is key at all times! I recently purchased Clarisonic (the little brush swirling thingie from sephora that's like $150) and that thing is working!!!! I know it's a bit pricey, at least for me it was, but it's an investment. I've been using it and I feel that my skin has been softer and cleaner and clearer too! Also get into the habit of doing facial masks on yourself. Google them! There's a mask that you can do with aspirin and lemon. That will help combat acne. Crush the aspirin and mix with lemon and some other stuff (can't remember). Bananas and honey are great for locking in moisture in your skin. Also drink tons of water. You will see improvement! Carrots and beets are good for the skin...if I can think if anything else I will get back to you!
