How Would You Treat Split Ends?

I have a lot of split ends..any recommendations?

What I do and it works wonders is I condition my hair first let it sit for like 30 seconds then put shampoo on top of it and make sure you really work the conditioner and shampoo all throughout your hair especially on the ends wash it out then put more conditioner on and rinse it out! It works wonders for me and I've had a ton of compliments! U recommend trying this! Let me know if you like it or if it works!

A good old fashion trim is the only way to get rid of bad,split ends. Ends do not mend themselves.

I agree with the above comments. I'd also say wash your hair with lukewarm water or even colder water when you can. Hot water is not great for your hair. Also never brush your hair when it is wet or tight it too tightly. This can all lead to excess breakage. Of course, trimming would be great as well as a leave in conditioner specifically for the ends.
