I think it's really easy with a felt tip liner pen thing... you know what I mean ;) I used to have a really hard time drawing the wing, but with those you have so much control :)

Wet 'n Wild, although it is a cruddy brand, makes a liquid eyeliner (also comes in waterproof) that has a really great thick strands of faux hair brush that makes eyeliner wings simple and easy to do! I use it all the time

I like the felt tip liners(a la Nyx) but even if you don't have one...always start from the outer 2/3 of the eye and then connect with the inner corner. That's what I do and when I make a mistake...I either use concealer or makeup remover on a q tip

Liquid eyeliner
