You can try Oatmeal mixed with a little bit of water. Just mix them until it's sorta like a paste, leave it on for about 5-10min depending on how fast it dries up. Then, wash it off with warm water and splash cold water to close your pores. Hope that helps :)

@Julia: I have also heard that you need to close your pores with cold water, since they open when you use hot water?

Try oatmeal and honey as a mask

There are a lot of remedies, from your own pee in the morning as a cleanser to iodine with Vaseline as a cold cream. The best way is trial and error, for me, footer instance it was after ~ shower splash and L'oreal cream. Now I use something else as I have rosacea which is yet another form of acne.

Pores will not open or close quickly but warm water washes them out and over time cold water will minimize them. Using an ice cube over your face and acne areas after thoroughly washing will help reduce redness and swelling. A good go to if you're in a rush.

The reason cold Vs. hot closes or opens pores is because of the underlying structure of your face. Hot water relaxes muscles and increases blood flow, whereas cold water constricts the muscles and blood flow. When muscles contract do does connective tissue giving the appearance of smaller pores. This is the reason warm water is best for cleansing (plus it kills bacteria), and cold water is best for rinsing. Facial is a very broad term, but the best at home remedy I've used for acne and blackheads is a mask: 1 egg, aloe vera, and a small amount of lemon juice. Avoid the eye area completely and do not use on broken skin. If concerned about the egg you can add a tablespoon of corn starch instead. Scrub off with oatmeal softened for a few minutes in milk, and rinse, and moisturize. (I suggest aloe Vera gel or another gel moisturizer for oily acne prone skin)
Also drink plenty of water. It really is skins best friend (:
