I have to say drink water water water!! No more than a gallon a day but at least 2 quarts. Also green tea. It's antioxidants are great if you don't like to drink it put it in your bath water, put cold bags on your eyes etc... Sage has natural drying properties, if you have oily skin make a mask of 1/2 tablespoon sage, 1/2tablespoon sugar, a few drops lemon and honey, scrub off and moisturize (avoid the eyes!) I suggest aloe Vera or aloe Vera gel for moisturizer. If you have extremely dry skin try rosemary essential oil made with olive oil for nighttime moisture.
In your diet go easy on refined foods. Any extreme is bad too. Eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of whole grains, fiber, and vegetables, choose fruits wisely, and eat enough protein to be healthy but not extra.

for a great face mask, i crack an egg and seperate the yolk from the white. save the yolk in a seperate bowl, and using a makeup brush spread the white around your face and leave for 20 minutes. rinse off with warm water, pat dry, and repeat with the yolk. my skin looks super refreshed afterwards! x

There are alot of natural ingredients that you can use to apply onto your face! Honey, baking soda, lime, virgin olive oil, oatmeal, milk,...
Before trying any of these, search Google to know which is for what type of skin problem
