Small Bumps on Forehead

I have these little bumps all over my forehead that I just got/noticed. They are my skin color, but I don't like them. Anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? Thanks!

They might be black heads or small pimples try washing your face for a couple mins and putting a cold ice pack wrapped in a kitchen towel to see if the go down some. Just wait a couple days If they do not go away see a dermatologist and ask. Don't worry its probably just acne. How old are you by the way?
