What's the best thing to use to keep a clear complexion once you've taken your makeup off?

Follow a good toner and cleansing system based on skintype. Toner takes care of anything missed in your cleansing step plus it removes the yucky minerals left behind from the tap water. Then be sure to also follow up with a moisturizer, also based upon your skintype. And in case you find yourself with a bit of acne, spot treat it instead of slathering your face with a bunch of ance treatments so you don't dry out your skin causing further irritation. :)
