hi i am just wanting some advice on highlighting my hair at home..what is are the best techniques and products to use? i don't want orange tones ... help !!!

use the Revlon frost and glow it's like $10. it amazing and will do the job. after you do it apply any type of purple shampoo it will take out the orangle tones. :)
