What color should I dye my hair?

I have black ,medium length hair.Should I dye it brown or auburn? I want a change from black hair and want a lighter-ish color...:P
p.s.what lipcolor would look best? I be tried dark red.Let's just say it was far from good-looking...so either nude,light,or medium pink?

Auburn! I think a peachy/ nude color lipstick would look awesome!
