Face Moisturizer For Combo Skin?

Ever since winter started my face has been extremely dry in the morning after I wash my face. My cleanser is pretty drying but it keeps my skin clear. After I put my makeup on my skin looks so flaky and dry especially on my cheeks and around my nose - it looks horrible. My skin does get really oily in the t-zone throughout the day though too. What moisturizer would you recommend for me?!
