If it were me, I would get something from the Archie's Girls Collection. It's all Archie comic themed, so all the items are either Betty or Veronica themed. Super cute packaging, and all the items except for the eyeshadow palettes are under $30! I've heard amazing things about their lipstick. I don't own any of their products but the next time I have some extra money I'm about 90% sure I'm going to get one.
I've been eyeing up either "Chatterbox" or "Impassioned" which are both pink shades, but they have a huge range of shades so I'm sure you could find one you like :)

Any gel liner. I use macroviolet gel liner and it is beautiful. It's a gorgeous deep purple and doesn't look dragqueenish. Check it out when you go it's a great alternative to the normal black and brown liners !!
