Clinique acne solutions is amazing! If you want something cheaper Neutrogena also works very well! Make sure to get a spot treatment gel!

Cetaphil gentle antibacterial bar soap! It's very gentle on the skin, and dermatologist recommended. It cleanses the skin really well! Plus it's pretty cheap (: it has great reviews, go look it up.

I used to break out so bad, I found out that if you take a couple non-coated aspirin and put them in a little Dixie cup with just a few drops of water to make a paste and then put it on before bed it gets rid of any redness, soreness and reduces the size! Haven't had a break out in quite a while (: plus its pretty cheap and sold almost everywhere!

Clinique, Neutrogena, and Clean and Clear work really well. I recommend using the Purpose face wash because it has nothing harmful in it, and then using a Clean and Clear or Clinique treatment. :)
