My Eye Liner Always Wears Off , Whats A Good Eyeliner?

I have small eyes and by 10 my eyeliner is running I clean it up by 11 its almost all worn off by 1 the rest is under my eyes making me look like a raccoon , help?

I agree with Rachael. I have oily skin and eyelids. Revlon Colorstay retractable eyeliner stays on from 7:30ish until I go shower which is around 8:30 usually. Plus its cheap so it won't hurt to try (:

I'm not sure about eyeliner for your waterline, but a big thing for eyeliner on too is an eyeshadow primer! My friend had a big problem with her eyeliner transferring to her brow bone & giving her a "double eyebrow" look, urban decay primer potion totally saved her!
