Whats A Good Drugstore Moisterizer

I use cetaphil before applying foundation and i hate when i can see dry circles around my acne, im treating my acne, but i wonder if theres a better moisterizer or something to cover this up?? Help!!

I use Cetaphil at night before I goto bed, then when I wake up I use bio-oil on my face. After that soaks into my skin I use my primer and then foundation.
