Is it bad to go to bed with wet hair? Because I seem to do it a lot.  :-\

I do it a lot too! I think as long as your hair's up in a bun or covered with a rag to prevent damage it's fine. Oh, and wash your pillowcase often to prevent mold n such.

I braid my hair if it's wet or else I wake up with totally crazy hair that can't be tamed or detangled until the next wash. But I don't think it's really bad for your hair!
