Thin, oily hair :(

Hi, I have really thin, fine hair that always gets greasy really quickly. I wash my hair with a volumizing shampoo for oily hair and it only helps for a few hours after shower. I tried not washing my hair everyday and only 2-3 times a week because some people suggested that but it only made my hair extremely greasy and dirty and the greasiness just wouldn't go away :( i use dry shampoo between washes but my hair still stays flat and greasy after a while. Whyyyyyyyy?? :'( is there any other methods that i should try out?
