i wouldn't suggest tight ponytails. when you have your hair tied back tight, you stretch the hair strands which make them weak and more prone to breakage.

Rose water is really good for hair and also your skin. If you're really committed, try getting rid of the products you use in your hair! Mostly shampoo and conditioner - Google The No-Poo Movement ;-)
