I need help with chest/back acne

I gave chest and back acne and I hate it. I have no idea how to get rid of it.it doesn't have to be fast. I want to do natural easy things to get rid of it. any suggestions??

Well. Not really natural. But i use neutragena Grapefruit body wash.

Take a bath in SEA salt. You can buy it at any grocery Store, it's probably in the spice section. or you can rub yogurt and honey on the areas that are most red. wait for 20-30 min, rinse. also, dont touch your body acne ever!

Acne is something that needs to be treated from the inside out. See your doctor and they can prescribe you pills & Topical creams that will fight it off a lot quicker.
