Which Urban Decay Naked Palette Do Suggest?

I really want to invest in I've or the Naked palettes from urban decay but I'm not sure if I should get the first or second one! I have fair skin, brown hair, and green eyes which one do you think would suit my complexion better our which one do you like better?! :)
