I've had this beauty mark on my right upper lip since I was six, everyone keeps telling me it gives me character and so many good things but somehow I've never felt comfortable about it, and I still see it like if it was an acne scar, I want to have it removed but it will be great to have some advice....

what those have said about your beauty is true... it does give character and is apart of you but if you feel uneasy about it..you can get it surgically removed. That'ts your best bet.
but you know what..you can either live with it and work it as your own..or ponder it till you pull out your hair.
I know its cliche to here it but some of the most notorious fashion icons and legends were known for their beauty marks even the signature gap in the tooth.
Like i always say..embrace it and make it yours or nothing.

Agreed, if you really want to it can be removed but I'm not sure about the scarring involved with that. Look at it this way: there are people who pencil beauty marks on everyday to get what you have naturally :)
