Golds or silver's, depending on skin tone, but I favor gold. Combine either with some deep purples. That's the first thing that comes to mind for me, probably not original though lol

I'd do a somewhat thick black cat eye and a red lip. I'd keep it simple but the red lip would complement the green very nicely :)

I would suggest going really simple. a neutral, slightly smokey eye blended with one of the colors from the gown and a super-glossy lip, a smudged black line and false lashes on the outer corners of your eyes. as much as I love love love bright colors, I think it might be too much to combine a really bright eye with a really bright gown.
