Help! I'm 15 and I get stretch marks at my hips, back of calves and inner knees. I moisturise everyday and use bio oil to reduce the scars but new stretch marks keep appearing. What do I do?

The best you can do is make sure your skin is always moisturized. Maybe try a lotion or cream that's more moisturizing. Also drink alot of water

A guy I used to date had them all up his back, like waterlines inside a tank. His were from growth spurts. You can't exactly stop stretch marks, but frequent moisturising and skin massages can lessen the effects.
When you moisturise your body and use Bio Oil, apply it with firm fingertips in circular motions, like a massage.
Also, perhaps look into taking a vitamin supplement which helps in collagen production - collagen is what makes skin supple and stretchy, so good collagen production prepares your skin a bit better for growth spurts and helps enable that growth without stretching to its limits so much.
