I never do anything with it, i don't brush it i don't strraighten or curl it, i leave it to dry naturally, and i wash my hair about 1-2 times a week, & always give my ends a good conditioning, and yet i always get split ends, can some one give me advice on how to avoid getting split ends?

When you shampoo your hair make sure to lather it up in your hands before you put it in you're hair instead of lathering it directly onto your hair. All of that friction can cause breakage. I hope I explained that well. Ever since I have started doing that I have noticed a difference. Also remember to only use a wide tooth comb on wet hair :)

You should use hot oil treatments on your hair. You can buy them at salons or where they sell hair things. I also agree with Zee, definitely make sure to trim your hair every 6-8 weeks.
