how can I make lipstick stay put and moisturise at the same time??

I love wearing bright lipstick - but it doesn't seem to last and really dries out my lips. I find the "moisturising" ones slide off really easy.
Any tips please??

do apply vaseline before lipstick it helps. . it also prevents chapped lips :-)
