Whats a good concealer brand? And do i put it on before or after foundation?

Revlon photoready is a great concealer! You can put it before or after, its really just about your preference. But be mindful that if you put it on before your foundation your at risk of shifting and wiping the concealer away when your putting on your foundation, but I've seen people do it both ways. Hope this helps. :)
