Whatever u do fragranced lotions and creams will dry u out more, try cetaphil cream! It works great for me and if that doesn't work use Vaseline over night I garantee that will work!

If you cut the toes off of a pair of socks you can use those over your elbows. Right before bed slather vaseline on your elbows, cover, and voila! Vaseline is a go to for sure.

Scrub scrub and scrub lol and lemon with baking soda you put it on for a little bit before you shower then you scrub them and then Lots of lotion :-) It worked for me

I swear by Sudocrem. its designed for rashs and dry skin plus you can get it from any pharmacy or leading retailers. very cheap too!
