Well, as the previous poster mentioned, this isn't a good photo. But from what I can see it looks pretty sloppy, especially the Cupid's bow of your lip.

The eyebrows look awful, sorry. It's all quite harsh, none of it blends really and your foundation is quite bad, it looks lots of different shades.

i like the idea but it looks as if youve overdrawn your upper lip a lot which i personally dont like, your natural cupidsbow has a beautiful shape, keep it like that. ;) and i would wax your eyebrows ( just the stray hairs around the main brow) this will give it a more polished/groomed look. the eyeliner seems nice for as far as i can see :)
