BB Cream vs. tinted moisturizer?

What is the best drugstore BB cream for teenage skin? I have never tried it before. Or should I try a tinted moisturizer and what kind? (I'm fourteen if that matters)

I use the CG Smoothers tinted moisture from CoverGirl, and it works great for me! Lightweight, but not a ton of coverage! It matches my hard to find the right shade Irish skin, so that already makes is great!
