How To Figure Out Skin Tone??

I always go to get my makeup and I'm pretty sure I don't have a "warm" skin tone, so I can never tell if I have cool or neural. I also have pretty pale skin, so what foundation brands would you guys recommend? I'm getting tired of looking semi orange
