I need some opinions on the mane n tail products! Does it actually make ur hair grow? How fast? Does it help your hair? Especially curls??

I love mane n tail. I use it and it makes my hair healthier and it does help it grow. I notice a difference right away. And the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are big and last a long time
