So, I know there are plenty of these threads but...I wanted a chance to get advice that would help with how I am and how much weight I want to lose as quickly as I want to lose it. One of my best friends is getting married in June or July and I feel like this is the push I need...only problem is I need to lose between 50 and 60 lbs. I'm 5'9 and my goal is 140ish, maybe more or less because I have long legs and I don't want chicken legs. I have trouble staying motivated because of my asthma and my mom who also wants to lose weight isn't as serious as she says. I need this, I feel terrible about my body and I just want to be able to wear what I love and be happy in it.

Weight watchers girl! It is not really a diet.. It teaches you how to eat well and exercise and it is the only program that has ever worked for me. I started last year and have lost 60 pounds and still have another 60 Pounds to go, but it is the best program out there because it shows you how to change your life! I promise you will not regret it! You can do it!
