Foundation Recommendation For Dry, Red, Sensitive Skin?

I'd appreciate some foundation and tinted moisturizer recommendations for my complicated skin. I've been using Armani Luminous Silk for about a year and a half and it is fine, best I've tried, but I'm curious is there is something better out there.

- I have moderate rosacea, so constantly have redness on cheeks and nose. Intensity of redness varies, but without foundation I always get the "sunburned?" question. I've had trouble finding a foundation to bridge the color difference between my skin colors on the normal parts of my face and those with rosacea. Also find most foundations' undertone either make me look pinker or dull. I've got MUFE green tinted primer and it works ok, but not getting the coverage and evenness I'm looking for under my Armani.

- I have dry skin. Skin is fine in the morning after I moisturize, but dries over the course of the day and affects how my foundation looks even with primer.

- I cannot do SPF in my foundation.

- I cannot do mineral makeup. Breaks out my sensitive skin. Too bad because it gave me the most flawless look of all foundations I've tried.

- I'm in my mid-30s, have no wrinkles or fine lines or any acne problems/scarring and pretty supple skin (at least one good thing).

Im looking for a foundation for work and evening, and a tinted moisturizer for just running around casually--something I can put on before hitting the grocery store and not feel like I have "makeup" on.

Thanks!!

Defffffffinitely try more color correcting products. I would go check out different stores and ask the consultant there what they recommend for color correcting products. Also maybe go to the body shop and try their stuff, its all natural and great for your skin and the people there will give you samples too if you ask.
