Every morning and every night I do the following...and I'm 40! (It works!) garnier skin renewal anti puff eye roller, THEN (you're gonna flip) Carmex moisture plus stick (it has vitamin E and aloe in it). Before foundation, I use a make up primer (smash box in GREEN) and then a green concealer. The true secret is to lightly tap with a non-dominant finger (such as the pinky). Don't pull, don't stretch. The tissue around the eyes damages easily...I used to, which is why I have to use so much concealer now. ;-)

you're supposed to use a salmon colored concealer to cancel out the blue tones of your eye , then put a skin color concealer over it to cover. after both of those you can set it with a powder or setting spray. some good salmon colored ones are benefits erase paste, Bobbi brown corrector, or maybelline instant age rewind eye brightener. Good skin colored concealers are Mac moisturecover an Mac Pro long wear concealer or maybelline fit me
