I have seen a lot of you mention that you like OCC Lip Tar and have been interested in trying it myself. I have read the description for it here on the site but I was wondering what your personal opinions on the texture were. The name makes me feel like it would be thick or sticky, and the site even describes it as going on like lip gloss which tends to be sticky. I like products like Urban Decays lipstick do to the fact that it's light (i forget I'm wearing it), and I don't like most lip glosses do to the stickiness. Thank, I appreciate your opinions.

I don't notice the texture at all or it being sticky. You only use the tiniest bit of product. If you use too much I could see it becoming sticky though.

The texture is really nice--super fluid and such--and dries to a gorgeous finish. It's super light, but it does take some practice discovering the right amount to wear, but once that's down, I completely forget that I'm wearing it. Not tacky or sticky at all. To me, the texture feels like a really nice mix of a lip stain and liquid lipstick.

I agree with everyone else that the texture is not sticky unless you use way too much. I think where OCC came up with "tar" is from the fact that these colors last forever when you apply them. Have you ever gotten tar on your clothes or skin? It's so hard to get that crap off, lol. Lip Tars have intense staying power.
